- Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

- The competition opens at 12.01 AM (AEST) on 7th June 2024 and closes at 11.59 PM (AEST) on 30th June 2024.
- There is one (1) prize consisting of a St Hugo Magnum Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 1.5L bottle valued at $99.99 AUD.
- The prize winner will be selected at 10.00 AM on 1st July 2024 from all eligible entries received.
- The prize draw will take place at Warehouse 1, 27-30 Success Court, Corio 3214, Victoria, Australia.
- The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be listed at https://www.thegourmetpantry.com.au/competitions.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be changed to a hamper of any other kind.
- Entrants must be over the age of 18. Proof of age will be required.
- The winner must not reside in an alcohol-free zone. If the winner is located in an alcohol-free zone, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
- The winner will be notified via email. The Gourmet Pantry will not contact winners via social media.
- The winner will have 10 days to claim the prize. If unclaimed, the prize will be redrawn.
- Prize(s) will be sent via Australia Post.
- By entering this competition, entrants agree to be added to The Gourmet Pantry mailing list.

- The promoter will not be held responsible for any entrants being contacted by scammers or fraudulent entities claiming to represent The Gourmet Pantry. Official communications will only come from an official The Gourmet Pantry email address.
- Under Section 154 of the Australian Consumer Law, it is an offence to offer a gift, prize, or other free item with the intention of not providing it. The promoter warrants that the prize will be awarded as advertised.
- Under Section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law, the promoter must not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct. The promoter warrants that the competition will be conducted fairly and transparently, and the prize will be as described.
- The promoter will not engage in any unfair practices, including falsely representing the chances of winning or imposing unreasonable conditions on claiming the prize.
