Pereg began as a small cart of spices at the open air market and to this day we have spices in our blood. Producing more than 60 varieties of spices, spice blends and herbs, along with flavoured ancient grain mixes, gluten-free quinoa pastas, couscous, basmati rice, spreads, and breakfast cereals.
All of the brand’s offerings are 100% pure, fresh and natural and never include any additives, preservatives, fillers, MSG, or food colouring. In addition, every product is OU Kosher certified, and many are Non-GMO Project verified, gluten-free certified, Whole Grain Council approved, and vegan.

Many of Pereg’s products are Gluten-Free, you can find the certification on the packaging and in product descriptions on our website. Pereg Gourmet has a food safety program set up to prevent allergen contamination with thorough cleaning of machinery. The Gluten Free Labs certification, reflected in the seal shown on the packaging, is a third-party service that tests our production facility to ensure items labeled Gluten-Free contain less than 10ppm gluten.
